Turboflex XT10-Series Mining Hose is the most flexible mining hose in the world, capable of tight bends as small as 2D without kinking. Our unique hose construction developed in Australia allows for complex high wear piping applications in many cases reducing the need for custom bends, simplifying installation, and lowering overall pipeline costs. The ultra-flexible construction also allows us to manufacture and transport longer, larger diameter hard wall hoses, helping reduce joins, maintenance, and downtime across slurry pipeline systems.

The Turboflex XT10-Series is a fully integrated suction and delivery mining hose, featuring a spring steel wire helix, high-tensile textile reinforced wall, and a UV and abrasion resistant outer cover. As standard our Turboflex hoses come with our exclusive Abrasatech wear liner, delivering industry leading abrasion resistance. We also carry an extensive range of alternative compounds suitable for slurries containing chemicals, hydrocarbons, or high temperatures.
